REQUIREMENTS and NOTES:

• For notarial requirements purpose:

  • OBC-SC Certificate of No Pending Administrative Case (latest within 4-6months of application);

  • Certification from IBP National Office of No Disbarment Case (latest within 4-6months of application);

  • IBP INVOICE for IBP due (MD 2026 or later) OR LIFETIME ROLL No. IF LIFETIME MEMBER;

  • NOTARIAL OFFICE address

  • Processing time: 3-5 working days; Php200.00 certificate fee

• For Certificate of Non-Delinquency (Chapter membership transfer from IBP QC to other chapters) :

  • copy of latest IBP Membership Invoice (CY 2026 or later)

  • Processing time 3-5 working days; Php500.00 certificate fee

• For whatever legal purpose (Requirement for Employment, Renewal of Appointment, Deputation, Study Abroad, Travel Requirements, etc.)

  • Processing time: 3-5 working days; Php200.00 certificate fee

• For seminar attended (ex. MCLE attendance, Summit, Forum, etc.) Processing time 3-5 working days
