Please fill out the form below to request for a certificate. Make sure to prepare all the necessary information and attachments to ensure smoother and faster processing and approval.

  • NOTES:

    • For notarial requirements purpose: OBC-SC Certificate of No Pending Administrative Case (latest within 4-6months of application); Certification from IBP National Office of No Disbarment Case (latest within 4-6months of application); IBP INVOICE for IBP due (MD 2026 or later) OR LIFETIME ROLL No. IF LIFETIME MEMBER; NOTARIAL OFFICE. 3-5 working days; Php200.00 certificate fee

    • For whatever legal purpose (ex. Application for Employment, renewal of appointment, deputation, study abroad, travel requirements, etc.) 3-5 working days; Php200.00 certificate fee

    • For Certificate of Non-Delinquency (Chapter membership transfer) : 3-5 working days; Php500.00 certificate fee

    • For seminar attended (ex. MCLE, Summit, Forum, etc.)
