Free Legal Aid to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs)
Last August 14, 2025, IBP Quezon City actively joined the DOJAC Katarungan Caravan at the New Bilibid Prison’s Medium Security Facility to extend free legal counseling to nearly 500 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

IBP Quezon City Chapter conducted a Barangay Legal Aid Caravan in Balingasa, extending free legal consultations and assistance to the community. Through the dedication of our volunteer lawyers, residents gained access to legal guidance and support.

On October 3, 2025, IBP Quezon City spearheaded its Legal Aid Summit — empowering volunteer lawyers and strengthening its commitment to quality service for the marginalized. With expert resource speakers and active members in attendance, the chapter continues to lead initiatives that uphold justice and community service.
IBP QC Relief Operations
The IBP Quezon City Chapter launched a multi-day relief mission for families affected by severe weather conditions. In partnership with the Maginhawa Food Community and JCI Quezon City Capitol, the chapter’s dedicated volunteers distributed food packs, hygiene kits, and essential goods to hundreds of residents in need.
PRIDE IN ACTION, JUSTICE FOR ALL
IBP Quezon City proudly brought its Legal Aid Caravan to Barangay Laging Handa — standing in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and promoting equal access to legal services. Along with this, members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City ran with pride and purpose at this year’s vibrant Pride Run 2025.
Strengthening Minds and Building Camaraderie
The IBP Quezon City Chapter opened Law Month 2025 with Football for Justice—a celebration of unity, sportsmanship, and the shared pursuit of justice. Continuing the momentum, IBP QC also held a wellness session titled “Mental Health… Ayos Ka Lang Ba?” featuring Dr. Joel M. Gumarang, who shared valuable insights on mental well-being. Through these activities, IBP QC reaffirms its commitment to holistic development—championing both the strength of mind and spirit in the service of justice.
